My name is Pawel M. Konefal – Senior Software Engineer and AI Engineer. Born in Opole, I now live and work in the Munich region. I speak German, English and Polish. After studying computer science at the University of Kassel, I completed vocational training in application development.
My professional core is engineering: building robust software and turning the capabilities of generative AI into dependable systems. I pursue crypto, blockchain and DeFi as well as entrepreneurship, authorship and health topics as independent passions alongside it.

I develop with generative AI, agents, RAG, local language models and coding assistants, combining these technologies with proven software engineering.
Sidepreneurship
As a co-founder of Triccess GbR, I know product development, e-commerce and operations first-hand. I specialise in building brands for physical products, multichannel sales, fulfilment, sourcing and setting up online shops. This is a passion alongside my professional engineering profile.

I am a father of two daughters. I recharge by swimming in the lake, cycling there and training in my own gym. I also enjoy 1990s hip-hop, travel with a strong appreciation for quality, and conversations with substance rather than empty phrases.
